Delivery & Return POLICIES:
EDITE is happy to serve our Canada & USA Customers with FREE delivery via Canada Post (within 2-6 business days). International customers will receive their packages via Canada Post, FedEX, UPS, Purolator, TNT, or DHL. Once order is placed you will get an email confirmation.
If items fail to deliver or late delivery exceeds more than fourteen (14) business days, please contact us immediately to our costumer service.
Please contact us within thirty (30) days from date of order confirmation if you are filing a claim for non-delivery items.
If you need your order to be delivered RUSH service or need it for a specific date please contact us through email@example.com and we will do our best to make arrangements and get you your order in time for your special occasion.
If item is damaged due to delivery or has missing pieces you should contact us immediately within (5) days after receiving delivery of items stating the nature of the problem and take picture of delivery notice, shipping box and the items.
Full-Priced items are eligible for exchanges or returns within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returns items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was delivered and with all tags attached and original delivery box. Original invoice must be attached with all returns. EDITE will inspect product and determine if they are in original condition they were delivered, if EDITE determines product is not in original condition that it was shipped or that it is worn, product will be returned to you and return claim will be denied. Sale-prices items are final sale and there will be no returns on sale items. Please allow fourteen (14) days processing time for all returns.
EDITE does not collect or charge sales tax on products sold on EDITE.CA, it is your responsibility to determine and pay and taxes or customs fees owed on items shipped to you.
